- BE SPECIFIC ABOUT YOUR GOALS. When you’re trying to develop a new habit, it’s important to be as specific as possible about what you want to achieve. This journal can help you to do this by encouraging you to think about what you want to accomplish
and how you’re going to do it.

The Planner includes:
- GOALS PAGE:
On the Goals page you will find space to plan and write down what habits will help you reach your goals in the different aspects of your life. You also have space to plan projects that are related to your habit goals.
- MONTH AND WEEK PAGES
Each month and week has a separate page where you can plan which habits you will focus on for that time period. The month page has a habit tracker where you can mark off each day that you carry out activities related to your habits.
- DAY PAGE
On each day page there is a section that allows you to include actions related to your habits in your regular schedule. Weaving your habits into your schedule, MONTH 5, DAY help you to stay mindful of your intentions to carry out activities that support your habits. The Day page also has a daily affirmation section. In this section you can write a quote or positive affirmation that bolsters your belief in accomplishing your goals. The page also has an end of day reflection section where you can write down your thoughts and feeling about the day’s activities and express your gratitude.
- END OF YEAR REFLECTION
The end of year reflection page allows you to think back at the vents of the past twelve months and assess your accomplishments as well as key learnings.
